Review the status quo

Review what has already been done on the sustainability front. Perform a benchmark to see what your peers are doing. Do a compliance check to see which sustainability regulations apply to you (i.e. CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.) and what you need to have in place to meet them.

Strategize and set targets

Determine ambition levels within your organization, define targets and set strategies on material (relevant) sustainability topics. The goal is to manage and improve performance on themes such as emissions, human rights, and circularity.

Establish or improve your sustainability reporting process, implementing tooling where necessary. After that, together we define a communication strategy that is true and authentic.
